Sexist remarks, saucy jokes, touching - these are all behaviors that constitute sexual harassment. What's the difference between flirting and sexual harassment?

Sexual harassment is any unwelcome behaviour of a sexual nature or based on sexual orientation that violates a person's dignity in the workplace. It's different from flirting, which is consensual. When a colleague's advances are unwanted, the going gets tougher.
